Welcome to the First Annual Artsmith T-Shirt Design Contest!

At Artsmith we believe in the transformative power of the arts. We use the arts to teach young people from the Bronx to express themselves and explore important topics while helping them build confidence, learn about teamwork and perseverance, and form social bonds. Art also connects people across communities, cultures, interests and other barriers.

Our First Annual T-Shirt Design Contest is designed to expand the conversation about the importance of the arts and arts in education, give contestants the opportunity to be creative, and celebrate the artistic and urban influences that have shaped the Bronx and New York City and influenced culture around the world.

We thank all those that took part in the conversation with us by submitting your designs and encouraging everyone you know to do the same! We’ll be announcing the winners at our Art Party on Saturday December 16, 2017 at Gun Hill Brewery. See you there!
