Refund Policy

Artsmith, Inc. (“Artsmith”) is a 501(c)(3) organization that uses its donations to operate and fulfill its mission. Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation is made pursuant to an agreement and it is determined that the donation violates the terms of said agreement, the donation will be refunded subject to any applicable laws and regulator rules/decisions.
