CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Any information provided by board member candidates on this application or at anytime throughout the selection process will be kept confidential. By submitting your application for board membership, you agree to keep any information learned about Artsmith during the selection process confidential. This does not include information readily available to the public such as the organization’s mission; but it does include sensitive information including, but not limited to, financial information, programming in development, and information regarding any stakeholders including directors, staff, volunteers, partners, and program participants. Any questions concerning whether information may be shared should be emailed to [email protected] and one of the current directors will get back to you promptly.

 

SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION

By submitting your application you attest to having read and agreeing to abide by the entire application including the board member requirements and confidentiality agreement.
